Rumor: four Aucas players on Gallardo’s list?

Rumor. Marcelo Gallardo has asked for reports on four Aucas players, Robiño Quiñónez, Álex Zova, Andrés Mena and Piero Guzmán, ahead of November’s friendlies, Bolavip reported on Thursday, citing the Ecuadorian account Mr. Offsider. None of the four has been called up before. The friendlies against Costa Rica and Bolivia are at home, which Bolavip says opens the door to more LigaPro players; the squad is expected in the first week of November. This comes from a single social media account, relayed by an aggregator, and the FEF has not commented, so treat it with caution. For the names already linked with the November squad, see Gallardo’s November radar.
